The Executive Level
Founder and President
Mark Bluestone
A results-oriented Technical Leader with 20+ years of executive-level experience leveraging global enterprise strategy, process improvement, change management, and execution with increased modernization, stability, compliance, safety, and security across field operations for the oil and gas industry.
Mark possesses advanced knowledge of troubleshooting, drilling and workover practices, rig and vessel maintenance, risk mitigation, repair of motor controls, Scada systems, instrumentation, and system control automation enable me to orchestrate a 360 view to optimize technical processes, organizational benchmarks, and workforce performance.
Director of Engineering
David Westerlage
An experienced electrical engineer with a BSEE from the University of Colorado and a strong background in electrical system design, hazardous area certifications, and field operations. He holds multiple certifications, including CompEx (EX01-04, Ex12) and UL training for Class/Division, Class/Zone electrical assemblies.
With expertise in offshore and onshore projects, David has led design and certification efforts for complex electrical systems, focusing on ATEX/IECEx, UL, and CSA standards. He has managed a wide range of electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and surveys, while ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
David’s career also includes hands-on experience in fiber optic technology, control systems design, and structured cabling, alongside mentoring junior engineers. With a passion for solving engineering challenges, he brings proven technical knowledge to every project.
